It took me some time to get here, but better late than never, right? Tho some might say that blogging is dead, I really couldn't care less. I'm happily swimming against the tide.
That's why I've finally decided to give it a try. You might wonder what I'm talking about. Well, let me get straight to the point... of telling you how I got here.
As you all might know, my love for music isn't a recent discovery.
It's been a huge part of my life as long as I can remember. No doubt, I've been through all the phases, from my middle school teenage Angst Nirvana discovery...
...to letting the swag pour over me while killing it to The Pharcyde epic Oh Shit!
While writing this I'm taking a nostalgic trip back to the time, when I thought that Panic! At the Disco, Arctic Monkeys and The Kooks were hidden underground gems. Then I went to university and discovered Jazz. That was the day my entire world changed forever. I realized then and there, that I've missed out on so much good music.
That's when I took an oath with myself to never let that happen again.
And while I'm still crazy over most of the bands I listened to years ago, there's this endless galaxy, full of new music to discover every day.
Now I spend countless hours checking out new music, countlessly digging up new artists inside and outside of my computer.
It ever so often happens that people ask me what I'm listening to. Especially after they're trapped with me and my music in my car, they either ask me to share my playlist with them or never speak to me again. Either way is okay with me.
Music is my Achilles heel, it's my kryptonite. If you want me to fall in love with you, don't send me a nude, send me your playlist. You get the idea.
So without further ado, the time to tell you all what this is about is here — drumroll, please!
It's a blog where I'll share my newest music obsessions and all of my new discoveries, with you, and hopefully, you'll share your favorite songs with me.
And please don't get me wrong, this will never be a 'my music is better than yours' blog, but rather a 'let's dive into the unknown and discover incredible art together' type of blog.
